• We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.
• Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
• Express shipping (2-3 business days) is available for an additional fee.
• We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
• Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
• Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

6. Warranty

All YUDONG products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
