We currently ship to the following countries:

- Canada
International shipping to additional countries is coming soon. Please contact us at support@yudongma.shop for international shipping inquiries.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Return
- Contact us at support@yudongma.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back to us using the provided label.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card company.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at support@yudongma.shop. We will provide a prepaid return label and send you a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
