What types of jump ropes do you offer?
We offer Speed Ropes for competitive athletes, Weighted Ropes for strength training, Beginner Ropes for those just starting out, Kids Ropes designed for children, and various Accessories like replacement cables and handle grips.
How do I choose the right jump rope length?
Stand on the center of the rope with one foot. The handles should reach your armpits. Most of our ropes are adjustable, so you can fine-tune the length to your preference. Check our Size Guide for detailed recommendations based on your height.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is available for $14.99.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Contact us at support@yudongma.shop to initiate a return.
Do your jump ropes come with a warranty?
Yes, all YUDONG products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Contact us with your order number if you need to make a warranty claim.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe payment processing. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping to additional countries is coming soon. Contact us at support@yudongma.shop for international shipping inquiries.
How do I care for my jump rope?
Wipe down handles after use, avoid jumping on rough surfaces like concrete (use a mat), and store your rope hanging or loosely coiled to prevent kinks. For steel cable ropes, avoid excessive bending.
Can I replace the cable on my speed rope?
Yes! We sell Replacement Cable Sets that are compatible with all our speed rope models. The cables are easy to swap out — no tools required.
