Size Guide
Find the perfect rope length for your height and skill level.
How to Find Your Size
The easiest way to find your ideal rope length:
- Stand on the center of the rope with one foot.
- Pull both handles straight up along your body.
- The tips of the handles should reach your armpits (for beginners) or chest level (for experienced jumpers).
- If the handles go above your shoulders, the rope is too long. If they don't reach your armpits, it's too short.
Most YUDONG ropes are adjustable, so you can fine-tune the length after purchase.
