Size Guide

Find the perfect rope length for your height and skill level.

How to Find Your Size

The easiest way to find your ideal rope length:

  1. Stand on the center of the rope with one foot.
  2. Pull both handles straight up along your body.
  3. The tips of the handles should reach your armpits (for beginners) or chest level (for experienced jumpers).
  4. If the handles go above your shoulders, the rope is too long. If they don't reach your armpits, it's too short.

Most YUDONG ropes are adjustable, so you can fine-tune the length after purchase.
